Glotin, like Alliaud and Rigotti, is one of the traditional manufacturers of oboe cane.

As with all our gouged and shaped cane, we only buy tubed cane from Glotin, which is then processed by our employees in Germany into gouged and shaped cane by hand on our machines.

Our experience enables us to compensate for the highly variable quality of Glotin cane. The cane is medium hard and usually quite heavily grained.

We also offer shaped Glotin cane.
