Chiarugi's bevel edge knives are comfortable to hold and are ideal for those new to oboe reed-making.

They are available in left- and right-handed versions and with ebony or olive wood handles. If you want a knife that is a little easier to sharpen later on, the slightly more expensive concave hollow ground knife might be a better option.

General Information
