Adi Hörtnagl revolutionised the shaping world when he founded his oboe shaping machine. As shaping previously needed to be done by hand before he invented his shaping machine, the production of the flat shaper form allowed for a faster, more precise process and for better, more even results.

Presently there are 180 different Hörtnagl shapers, and we have all of these listed and detailed for you in our Hörtnagl Shape Finder.

We have every Hörtnagl form in stock, and multiple forms of some shapers. Some are available in steel as well as in brass.

The forms do not only fit onto the Hörtnagl shaping machine, but also onto machines made by Reeds n Stuff and Willy Wettstein.
