Scraping Knife with Replacement Blades: Suitbert Walter

With this new scraping knife designed by Suitbert Walter and manufactured by Chiarugi, you can simply replace the blade rather than having to go through the time consuming process of sharpening your knife.
The set includes the knife, ten replacement blades and a key which opens and closes the screw used to change the blade.

The knife is available in a right and a left handed version.
