Oboe staple: LM

The LM-staples, produced by Chiarugi in Italy, are slightly wider than the Chiarugi 2 and slightly narrower than the Chiarugi 2+.

While the intonation can be hard to correct on the narrower Chiarugi 2, this problem is easily solved on the wider Chiarugi 2+. Generally speaking, the wider the staple's bore, the easier it is to adjust the intonation. However, such staples generally require more air when playing.

These LM-staples allow you to play with more air and easily correct intonation without having to deal with the overall instability of wider staples.
