Neck strap/sling for cor anglais

The weight of the cor anglais often causes problems for the right thumb. For this reason cor anglais players often use a sling to relieve some of the weight.

This sling is made by the German manufacturer Kölbl, its length is adjustable and the part that rests on the shoulders is made of high-quality leather.

It should be noted that while the length of the sling can be altered the actual strap is not elastic. Some people like this more "rigid" support while others prefer slings with an elastic strap, which have a less constricting feeling.
