The telescopic extension set allows you to play with your ERG-Oboe standing up and resting the weight of the instrument to the floor.

You can use the extension also while sitting and resting the weight to the floor in stead of the chair. Resting to the floor gives you a more freedom of movement while playing. However, as it is longer, it needs more space when you are resting.
