General Information

  • Knives are sharp tools and can cause serious injuries if used incorrectly.

Before use

During use

  • Work on a stable and non-slip surface.
  • Keep the blade clean and dry to ensure safe handling.

After use

  • Clean the knife immediately and dry it thoroughly to prevent corrosion.
  • Store knives in a safe protective sheath, or knife block, to minimise the risk of injury.

Special Precautions

  • Do not use knives as screwdrivers, lever tools or for other improper purposes.
  • Sharpen the blade regularly to prevent slipping due to blunt blades.
