This bevel edge knife by the Swiss manufacturer Graf is hand made with a high quality stainless steel. With a rosewood handle and a blade length of 75mm, the knife is in total 190mm.

The knife is available for left handed and right handed reed makers.

The steel and cut of this knife provide it with a long lasting sharp edge, and the handle gives excellent control - things that make scraping reeds fun!

General Information
